We passionately believe that only the best will do, so we work with local farmers to bring you meat of the highest quality, from producers whose standards match our own. We currently produce our own lamb and intend to extend this in the future.

We also believe that it is important to put the same care into the butchering and preparation of our meat. To fully enjoy their flavours and succulence we aim to provide meat cuts for all occasions and cooking methods. We know that it is important that these products are cooked, carved and served in the appropriate manner, and we aim to make this as easy as possible for our customers.

We offer everything from tasty home made award winning sausages to succulent sirloin steaks, home cooked hams and cured bacon and traditional joints and pies.
