We passionately believe that only the best will do, so, as well as rearing our own lamb and cattle, we work closely with local farmers and producers, whose standards match our own, to bring you a variety of high quality meats and meat products.

Our expert butchery team is on hand daily to answer any queries, assist you with requirements, help you choose the right meat for the occasion, and even give cooking tips to ensure our customers get the best flavours from their meat.

We work with local suppliers such as Margaret Heath, a Derbyshire beef supplier with a herd of Limousin Cattle, Staffordshire-based Packington Pork, and turkey supplier Robert Scragg, from Staffordshire.

Offering everything from delicious homemade, awarding-winning sausages and cured bacon to succulent sirloin steaks and home produced lamb, our butchery counter is packed with a mouth-watering selection of meats. We have even been voted in the Top Ten Pork Sausages in the UK, as voted by www.sausagefans.co.uk !!

DID YOU KNOW?  We produce our own lamb right here on the farm that is sent straight to our butchery! We intend to gradually build up our own flock on the farm to ensure that we have more regular supplies of home produced meats for you to enjoy!
